We are hard wired and programmed to prosper. The universe wants us to succeed. We just need to quit sabotaging ourselves and own it! This program has the antidote for burnout. The focus is the ideas, resources, tips, and actions that attendees can utilize to prevent or stop burnout. Through several group activities, demonstrations, and input and interaction with the audience, attendees leave with a simple plan and list of strategies and tactics that they can start immediately to improve their situation that day! Matt Connor’s kryptonite will help attendees in their jobs and help them in just about every aspect of their lives.
