Tim Padgett will explain the power of communication with HR and Marketing: How to Get Culture-ific.

The workplace is changing. Like it or not, employees are spreading the word about companies and their culture. Nearly three-quarters of U.S. workers aren’t engaged. Work/life balance lines are blurring. Millennials communicate differently and have different expectations. Great talent is difficult to attract, hire and maintain. Today, it’s critical to communicate effectively with recruits and employees. Tim Padgett will show your organization how effective communication is paramount to success.

#Culture-ific
