Embracing the gap and overcoming generational differences is about providing practical advice and guidance to marketers and business developers in the A/E/C sector as they deal with different generations in their day-to-day work. This overarching theme impacts A/E/C marketers and business developers on a daily basis and is relevant to all. Executive Leadership Coach Becky Thomas specializes in helping leaders work better with Millennials and GenX'ers so that they can achieve greatness by creating highly effective teams that get results faster.
