Jackie Loewe
Jacqueline (Jackie) J. Loewe is a marketing and business development executive with over 29 years of experience within the built environment. Jackie provides relationship / business development consulting, marketing staff coaching and presentation coaching for professional service-related firms. Prior to creating Sheridan Park Consulting over eight years ago, Jackie was an equity partner with an architecture / engineering firm and a landscape architecture / planning firm where she was in charge of marketing, presentation coaching and new business development. Jackie started her AEC career as a marketing manager and is keenly aware of how to enhance the all-on-the- same-team dynamics between marketing staff and technical staff.

Jackie is a recognized authority on promoting professional services, presentation training and coaching, speaking and conducting webinars nationally on matters related to marketing, business development and professional communications. She is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, team-teaching a course within the Master of Project Management (MPM) program, Business Development for Project Managers. She is also currently teaching an Online course, Creating a Firm Ambassador Culture, to candidates receiving their Master in Science degree within the Executive Management in Design and Construction (EMDC) program at Northwestern University.

Jackie has lived in the Chicago area all of her adult life. She is renovating a 1901-built, arts and crafts- designed home in the Dover Street Landmark District of Sheridan Park in Chicago. She is a dog lover and enjoys golfing and cycling.

Tamara Jensen
Tamara Jensen is a marketing executive, strategist, and change agent with more than 20 years of experience directing a broad variety of marketing activities for professional services firms. Tamara has served as a marketing leader at several of the world’s largest global architectural design practices, including HOK, Perkins+Will, and RTKL. Subsequently, she worked for mid-sized Chicago-based construction and real estate development firms in roles including Vice President of Marketing at Wight & Company and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at MB Real Estate.

In 2016, Tamara founded marketing consulting firm TÆNKE LLC. With a focus on providing strategic planning and consulting CMO services to firms in the AEC industry, Tamara workswith executives, practice leaders, seller-doers, and marketing teams to define key goals and establish strategic marketing solutions that align with market conditions, build upon competitive advantages, respect budgetary limitations, and succeed in achieving measurable results.

Tamara serves as Volunteer CMO for Chicago-based In Her Shoes Foundation, a 501c3 that brings together women of all ages and backgrounds to inspire, connect, educate and support the development and maintenance of a healthy and positive lifestyle.

Alison Strickler
Alison Strickler is passionate about identifying and telling the powerful stories that illuminate a firm’s brand. For 17 years she managed and directed all aspects of marketing and communications for professional services firms in San Francisco, New York, and Chicago. In these roles, she directed strategic communications, content strategy, public relations and internal marketing structures that fostered firm growth.

In 2015, Alison launched her own firm to focus on content strategy and marketing for professional services firms. Her clients range from firms providing program management on a national scale to boutique design firms. Alison works with firm leadership, marketing teams, and designers to develop effective communication and marketing structures and practices. Clients value her hands- on experience with every aspect of marketing and communications for firms in both the B2B and B2C realm. She both advises on and implements the production of all facets of communications, including social media, PR, brand stories, case studies, thought leadership, and messaging. A storyteller and creative maker rolled into one, she collaborates with firms eager to tell their stories strategically. Alison enjoys local history, the promise of a great view, and exploring the hidden sides of a city’s infrastructure.
