In his presentation he will share these traits and more importantly, how you can transfer the concepts directly to your clients. This event will be highly interactive and will cover specific challenges you’re facing in your business. You’re highly encouraged to think of areas you want to improve in your professional life at the event. You’ll have an opportunity to share and uncover new ways to tackle roadblocks you currently experience.

Learn how meaningful stories create a winning edge; common fears sales teams share and how to overcome them; how to anticipate and control the sales process from outset to close; what top producers do to engage objections with confidence; and how to deal with self-doubt and take personal responsibility with clients.


Senior marketing and business development professionals with 10 years or more experience in the A/E/C industry and currently holding a Business Development or Marketing Director/Manager position within their firm are welcome to join the series. These sessions are geared towards those with experience managing business development, marketing budgets, firm procedures and operations with a direct staff and internal resources.


Brian’s professional career follows the classic trajectory—working upward from the bottom rung in the Temporary Staffing Business where he learned door to door selling. From that experience he founded and sold two successful start-up companies in both online learning and online recruitment space over a 10-year period.

He has received numerous awards for professional excellence including the elite status of a Top 40 under 40 executives, six years before reaching the cut-off. Having an acute business awareness, has given Brian the tools needed to successfully consult to global corporations as a Human Capital Strategist.

His work with global corporations has given Brian the opportunity to share his knowledge, and allowed him to use his gifts of teaching and speaking on a global platform on topics of sales effectiveness, building loyal customers, and leadership strategies that drive profits.

Not only a talented speaker, Brian has been a regular contributor for magazines like South African Airways and broadcast media. As a Human Capital Strategist, he consults with a select group of organizations each year to assist them in building winning cultures.

Brian’s current business interests includes his podcast The Life of Brian and serving as a Board Member of and Centurion Aircraft.
